Description

The training workshop on Project Management of ICT Implementation will provide the participants with Tools and Techniques to manage ICT projects. Upon completion of this training course, participants will be able to:

Understand the Project Planning Tools and Techniques.
Understand the Project Planning using Microsoft Project (practical session in lab.).
Understand the Leadership and Team building in a virtual organization structure.
Understand the Financial Analysis of projects and cost estimates.
Understand the Risk analysis and management.
Understand the Managing Change, Change Control and Managing Quality.
Understand the Monitoring & Control, Earned Value Analysis of Projects.
Understand the Project organization structures.
