The Global DTC workshop took place from 14 to 16 May 2024 in Bali, Indonesia. It was being organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and Cisco, and hosted by the ICT Training Centre (BPPTIK) under the Ministry of Communications and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia, in collaboration with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison.

The event brought together focal points of all Digital Transformation Centres (DTCs) to discuss the implementation of the Initiative, explore new ideas to support the work of the DTCs and follow-up on actions agreed to progress the achievement of the DTCI objectives.
