This self-paced online course on ? ICT Accessibility: The Key to Inclusive Communication? aims at developing good understanding of all stakeholders in the field of ICT accessibility, in particular focusing on related policies, regulations, technology trends and public procurement rules. This course has been developed as immediate response to the outcomes of the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2017, in particular on the ITU Regional Initiative for Europe that called for building human capacities in field of ICT accessibility. This course consists of three modules as follows: ? Module 1: Enabling communication for all though ICT Accessibility ? Module 2: ICT accessibility policy regulations and standards ? Module 3: Achieving ICT accessibility through public procurement This course is open to all stakeholders. It is free and available in English only. Approximate time necessary for accomplishing all modules is eight hours. All three modules are now available. The certificate will be issued upon conclusion of all three modules and based on successful completion of testing phase for each module. The course would be considered completed once all three quizzes have been passed. An ITU administrator will then review your work and within two weeks you will be contacted regarding your certificate.

Registration information

Unless specified otherwise, all ITU Academy training courses are open to all interested professionals, irrespective of their race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, economic status and other diverse backgrounds. We strongly encourage registrations from female participants, and participants from developing countries. This includes least developed countries, small island developing states and landlocked developing countries.
