The Partnership & Resource Mobilization for Digital Development 101 online course equips participants with essential strategies to secure resources and build impactful partnerships for digital transformation and sustainable development. Based on the ITU-BDT Partnership and Resource Mobilization Playbook, this course offers structured frameworks, practical tools, and tailored insights to navigate the complexities of resource mobilization effectively. Learners will explore key methodologies, including Ecosystem Thinking, Theory of Change, and stakeholder engagement models, while applying tools like the Partnership Strategy Canvas, RACI Canvas, and Monitoring & Evaluation Canvas to design, implement, and evaluate their strategies. Designed for professionals at all levels, this course highlights the role of partnerships in accelerating innovation and bridging digital divides, aligning efforts with national, regional, and global objectives. By joining, participants will gain actionable skills to drive meaningful impact and contribute to a digitally empowered future.
