Description
The focus of this course is to develop an understanding on how IoT devices and AI that connects the real world can support Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). The course aims to bridge the communication gap between PWDs, Older Persons and the society. The course is designed with keeping in mind the available emerging technologies, such as IoT network and artificial intelligence, the changing health care trends and as we are moving towards society 5.0, and how these technologies can play a vital role in supporting independent living of persons with specific needs.

Unless specified otherwise, all ITU Academy training courses are open to all interested professionals, irrespective of their race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, economic status and other diverse backgrounds. We strongly encourage registrations from female participants, and participants from developing countries. This includes least developed countries, small island developing states and landlocked developing countries.
