This Training of Trainers (ToT) program is designed for telecom engineers, managers, and personnel engaged in Spectrum Management and Quality of Services. Specifically, it's ideal for those who need to: For QoSTP: - Measure and monitor advanced networks - Understand QoS measurements and policies - Enhance their professional knowledge in the field of QoS For SMTP: - Grasp spectrum management and spectrum monitoring, including legal and regulatory aspects - Utilize economic and market tools for spectrum management This training course aims to equip the participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively train other people. The training will take place in 2 phases: - Online: 12- 19 October - Face-to-face: 22 - 26 October
