Description

This is a train-the-trainer course for those wishing to become expert in delousing their ICT ecosystem into innovative powerhouse using ITU approach. On completion of this course, the learner will know how to assess their ecosystem performance, and build remarkable projects using the step-by-step tools from the ITU's toolkit (II) for developing sustainable ICT-centric ecosystem projects. The learner will be familiar with key tools, how to conduct desktop research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and co-creation workshops. The learner will know about the design thinking methodology used for each tool, namely practice interactive workshops and outcome cases assignments demonstrating the outputs of tools and its purpose. The learner will learn how to develop and ecosystem insight brief for their community highlighting key opportunities and gaps, as well as developing a flagship project to pitch to decision makers, Now that we have covered the context of and purpose of this course, let's begin learning how to use the tools and create your project!

Registration information

Unless specified otherwise, all ITU Academy training courses are open to all interested professionals, irrespective of their race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, economic status and other diverse backgrounds. We strongly encourage registrations from female participants, and participants from developing countries. This includes least developed countries, small island developing states and landlocked developing countries.
