A standard training course evaluation form is setup for every course in the ITU Academy platform. There are two templates, one for instructor-led courses (“Evaluation_Language_Instructor” for online, face-to-face and blended) and on for online self-paced courses (“Evaluation_Language_SelfPaced”).
Evaluation forms are available in English, French and Spanish languages and should be submitted exclusively via the system (no paper-based forms/responses are accepted as all results must be centralized in the ITU Academy platform for reporting purposes).
The ITU Academy team will set up the course evaluation form. It will be made available only at the end of the course and is mandatory for participants who have successfully completed the course, before they can access their badge or certificates.
