The ITU Academy has an overarching communications strategy based on:
- The advertisement of courses on its website once registration is open
- A monthly email campaign to its user base (over 50’000 in 2024) to announce upcoming courses
- A branded visual template for social media, usually posted in the last two weeks prior to a course start date.
- (Optional) targeted emails, LinkedIn Ads, cross promotion of courses in other ITU channels.
