The ITU Academy processes are intended for training coordinators (ITU staff and partners) and aims to provide guidance on all aspects related to the management of training in the ITU Academy platform: https://academy.itu.int/
A secondary target audience are the training instructors, with some sections directly relevant to their responsibilities, namely the development of training materials and the uploading of materials on the ITU Academy.
