To introduce spectrum management (SM) for aeronautical services in commercial and military domains, and their classification under the ITU RR radiocommunication services. Then to introduce the use of spectrum by radio services and the issue of allocation, harmonization, and coordination undertaken for these services. This course will enable the students to clearly understand aeronautical SM issues, areas and challenges.
This course will focus on technical, business and regulatory aspects of Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). It will cover Internet technologies for IoT, then IoT standards, architectures and interoperability, as well as IoT policies and regulations, including IoT security and privacy issues. The course will include IoT services in 4G and 5G mobile systems, including massive IoT and critical IoT use cases. The IoT generates large amounts of data that cannot be processed by traditional techniques, and such data is referred to as Big Data.
This training aims to equip participants with the history, technical, legal underpinnings of the Internet, its key international policy issues and venues, and the most up to date information on internet governance discussions.

This course is designed to give participants a detailed insight on the Fundamentals of FTTx GPON Technology.
By the end of this training, the participants should be able to:
- Understand PON architecture and his possible implementation
- Identify the different varieties of PON architectures
- Determine the differences between BPON, GPON and EPON
- Specify the required components that facilitate FTTx installations
- Calculate the optical loss budget for a FTTx network
- Testing FTTx Networks.

This training will support the participants in understanding how creativity and design thinking work, who they are right for, how to quantitatively measure their success through business modelling,.
