This online course is designed to provide a comprehensive description on different aspects of emergency communications to support public protection and disaster relief (PPDR) preparedness. This course is also outlined to provide an educational baseline to address conducted international efforts to harmonize and facilitate remedy actions. Through the presented materials, participants would get knowledge on how a national plan could be designed to fit the local short-term and long-term needs taking the advantage of regional and international probable corporation
