DTC Rwanda conducts a digital literacy training programme for citizens across 10 districts

From 8 to 12 September 2025, the Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA), the DTC in Rwanda, organised a 5-day digital literacy training programme for citizens, with support from ITU and Norway through the project “Boosting digital skills through Digital Transformation Centres”.
