Following the launch of the online programme in Communications Management between ITU and UKTA, a flexible program and delivery schedule has been designed in partnership with The University of Rwanda (an ITU centre of excellence).

Applications are now open with four start dates throughout a twelve month period. Students can start the programme in January, April, July or October and complete their module studies within twelve to twenty four months. Dissertations will commence upon successful completion of the four modules (Strategic Management, Project Management, Human Resources, and Legal and Regulatory). 

Individual modules can be undertaken by managers wishing to develop their skills in a specific area as part of individual’s Continuous Professional Development. 

The programme provides the opportunity for different awards dependent upon successfully passing combinations of modules.
