As already stated, training courses which are instructor-led should include the following activities, which should be prepared by the instructor:
- Live/Synchronous sessions: learning content in a PPT format to be used in lectures (the course coordinator should share the template with the instructor).
- Mandatory forums with active instructor moderation: prepare the discussion instructions and prompts.
- Assignments: prepare the instructions and modalities of individual projects, essays, groupwork tasks/deliverables, along with the modalities for qualitative grading and provision of personalized feedback.
