The subject matter of this training course is the discussion of legal framework applicable to Artificial Intelligence with international focus. By discussing the application of Artificial Intelligence, various types of Artificial Agents in many spheres of life will be considered, including: business activity, household, and the public sector. During the training course different definitions of Artificial Intelligence will be considered and discussed from a legal point of view.
This course is designed to teach students to understand the current state of the art of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Natural Language Processing. The first part provides background review and discussion on ASR background and introduction to probability. Student will learn key algorithms such as HMM, DNN, Hybrid (HMM/DNN) and Baum-Welch training algorithm. Students will also learn about representations of the acoustic signal like MFCC coefficients, and the use of Gaussian Mixture Models (GMMs) and context-dependent triphones for acoustic modeling.
In today's advanced Digital era, smart city can become an intelligent society by utilizing advances in emerging technologies. Specifically, the rapid adoption of blockchain technology has led a paradigm shift to a new digital smart city ecosystem. A broad spectrum of blockchain applications promises solutions for problems in areas ranging from risk management and financial services to cryptocurrency, and from the Internet of Things (IoT) to public and social services.
The course will cover the basic knowledge of 5G and AI, such as the basic conceptions, network evolution and key technologies. And the course also will include application scenarios across different sectors, such as healthcare, smart city, security and live broadcast, etc.
Internet of Things (IoT) is expected to dominate the telecom market where machines exchange data for intelligent applications. Devices and networks supporting IoT pose unique challenges such as low power, low cost, low mobility, and long battery life. This course addresses several low power wide area (LPWA) network technologies defined by 3GPP to meet these requirements. 3GPP-defined LPWA technology options include LTE-M (or enhanced machine type communication) and Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT). This course provides a foundation for 5G aspects relevant to IoT and NB-LTE and their extensions.
