Economist with over 16 years of experience working in telecommunications and digital technologies. Mrs Bizarria holds a master’s degree in Economics, Regulation and Competition, from the University of Brasilia. She has been a career civil servant at Brazilian Telecommunications Regulatory Agency - Anatel since 2005, where she has served as different positions. 

She has been following, as Brazil’s delegate, several official ITU meetings, such as WTSA, WTDC, Council, TDAG and can be of valuable contribution to the work of the GCBI.
