The Ministry of Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence (MPAAI) is leading Trinidad and Tobago’s digital transformation, driving policy innovation, technology deployment and digital skills development. At the heart of this effort is LearnTT - a free national digital skills programme offering training, mentorship and ICT access to citizens, including seniors and youth. Our mission is to close the digital skills gap and enable inclusive participation in the digital economy.
In November 2025, MPAAI joined the Digital Transformation Centres (DTC) Initiative as DTC Trinidad and Tobago. By aligning with the Initiative’s mandate to build digital skills and ensure that no one is left behind, LearnTT reinforces MPAAI’s commitment to equipping every citizen with the competencies needed to thrive in a fully digital society.
