The Master of Communications Management (MCM) programme comprises three distinc elements of PG, Cert, PG Dip and Masters. The dissertation component provides an opportunity for the students to undertake rigorous research in a field relevant to their specialist course of study. the main deliverable will be a written document (dissertation), although in some instances supporting antefacts and other evidence may also be generated.

WORKING METHODS OF ITU-T STUDY GROUPS 2019
This course provides an introduction to Next Generation Networks (NGN) and a better understanding of the drivers to migrate to NGN and possible influences on regulatory considerations, which are caused by technology innovation, especially impacts to the telecommunication regulatory frameworks. The regulatory impacts and issues caused by NGNs will also be covered.
This self-paced online course on ICT Accessibility: The Key to Inclusive Communication aims at developing good understanding of all stakeholders in the field of ICT accessibility, in particular focusing on related policies, regulations, technology trends and public procurement rules. This course has been developed as immediate response to the outcomes of the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2017, in particular on the ITU Regional Initiative for Europe that called for building human capacities in field of ICT accessibility.
This training comprises 4 Modules as follows: Module 1: Understand and distinguish different types of vision impairments, mobility aids and techniques Module 2: Have a clear appreciation to wayfinding for vision impaired people Module 3: Recognize the key principles for the design of an indoor audio navigation system for VI users and implement an accessible and inclusive system. Modulle4: be able to design audio navigation instructions for VI people in compliance with the Wayfindr Open Standard and the ITU-T F.921
