How do I create an ITU Academy account?
To register for a course, you need to create an account in the ITU Academy platform.
- On the ITU Academy, hover on the user icon in the top right corner.
- In the dropdown menu, select "Sign up" or access directly here: https://academy.itu.int/user/register
- You will be redirected to the "Create new account" page.
- Fill out the form. Every field with a red asterisk is required.
- Fill the captcha and press the “Create new account” button.

- You only register once. After registration, a link to create a password will be sent to you.
- Keep this password and use it for login.
- You can change your password as you like
Do I need to create an account on the ITU Academy platform if I am registering for a face-to-face course?
