Programa híbrido de formación que tiene como objetivo la formación de promotoras y promotores técnicos para la instalación administración, mantenimiento y operación de sus propios proyectos de telecomunicaciones y radiodifusión. Está dirigido a dirigido a personas que colaboran en proyectos de comunicación y telecomunicaciones comunitarias e indígenas en la región de Las Américas. Se compone de cinco cursos en línea, con una duración de cuatro semanas cada uno, y un campamento de formación y entrenamiento presencial de 10 días.

The Master of Communications Management (MCM) programme comprises three distinc elements of PG, Cert, PG Dip and Masters. The dissertation component provides an opportunity for the students to undertake rigorous research in a field relevant to their specialist course of study. the main deliverable will be a written document (dissertation), although in some instances supporting antefacts and other evidence may also be generated.
This bootcamp is for winners of the ATU/ITU Innovation Challenges - Best Ecosystems Practices Enabling Youth ICT Innovation in Africa. Ten winners will go through this bootcamp and refine their ideas and develop improved projects.
