Description

This self-paced course is primarily based on the ITU/World Bank digital regulation handbook and platform with a focus on the following aspects: regulatory governance and evidence-based decision-making, competition and economics, consumer affairs, access for all and spectrum management. The scope of this course is limited to the introduction of key aspects of digital regulation to enhance knowledge of participants on the issues at stake and doesn't provide for an in-depth analysis of each regulatory aspects of digital regulation. The course was developed with the kind support of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) as part of the collaboration between Saudi Arabia and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) on assistance in telecommunication/ICTs to ITU Member States.

Registration information

Unless specified otherwise, all ITU Academy training courses are open to all interested professionals, irrespective of their race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, economic status and other diverse backgrounds. We strongly encourage registrations from female participants, and participants from developing countries. This includes least developed countries, small island developing states and landlocked developing countries.
