Le cours couvre la formation de flux audio multiplexés avec les données et services de données associés, le transport du multiplex et de la signalisation associée, le flux de transmission de diffusion et les modes et détails de transmission RF. Un aperçu des produits récepteurs, des aspects réglementaires et de la planification de la transmission est également inclus. Le cours ne couvrira pas les autres normes DSB telles que HD ou ISDB.
By invitation only The DSB training course provides an in-depth technical review of the DAB+ and DRM30/DRM+ digital sound broadcasting standards. The course covers the formation of multiplexed audio streams with associated data and data services, the carriage of the multiplex and associated signalling, the broadcast transmission stream, and RF transmission modes and details. An overview of receiver products, regulatory aspects and transmission planning are also included. The course will not cover other DSB standards such as HD or ISDB.

eMCM-2 Project Management for ICT
The training aims to strengthen the capacity of countries to produce ICT indicators and statistics according to international standards and methodologies. It is intended to assist national statistical offices in collecting and compiling ICT statistics on the access and use to ICTs by households and individuals, by providing guidance on the collection, processing, evaluation and dissemination of ICT household statistics.
This course is aimed at providing guidance for developing table top simulation exercises which will help to test if NETPs and other national strategies for disaster preparedness and response are ready to be used when disasters strike.
This course is to raise awareness on the importance of the Tampere Convention, how to undertake the ratification process as well as the implementation at the national level.
The course is aimed at providing information on how to develop National Emergency Telecommunications Plans through a multi-stakeholder approach including all phases of disaster management.
