.My name is Tessie Pala Leva, Manager Strategic Partnership under Infrastructure, Investments and Partnership Division within the Policy and Emerging Technology Wing. I draft, manage and coordinate the Departments Partnership activities domestically and internationally through Memorandum of Understanding.

I have Management and Leadership skills, I understand and know the Project Cycle and Partnership system and International coordination process.

I graduated and obtained Bachelors Degree in Management from Divine Word University in PNG, Leadership Certificate from AusAid, Project Management and obtained Certificate in ITU’s Plenipotentiary Conferences and Negotiations skills.

I am a member to the Pacific ICT Interim Secretariat, a first time member to the Group on Capacity Building Initiatives responsible for the Pacific Region and responsible in facilitating and coordinating APEC, APT and ITU activities within the Department of ICT.
