.Agustina Brizio serves as Undersecretary of Information Technologies in the Secretariat of Public Innovation of the Chief of Cabinet of Ministers of Argentina and currently is Vice Chair of the Telecommunications Development Advisory Group of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU). With a major commitment to public policies, Agustina has studied law at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina; she has a master's degree in public policy from Torcuato Di Tella University, a postgraduate diploma in economics and finance from Pompeu Fabra University, and also in regional development and integration from FLACSO University. Agustina counts with more than ten years of experience in telecommunications and international regulatory affairs related to ICTs. She has worked at the National Communications Agency (ENACOM - Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones), as an advisor in regulatory affairs, and later in time, she has served as director of technological standards at the national office of information technologies. Additionally, she is a professor at Universidad de Palermo and a member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Chapter of the Internet Society.
