Agustina Brizio is an MPA Candidate on Digital Technologies and Policy at UCL. With a major commitment to public policies, Agustina has studied law at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina; she has a master's degree in public policy from Torcuato Di Tella University, a postgraduate diploma in economics and finance from Pompeu Fabra University, and also in regional development and integration from FLACSO University. She is an IT Law professor at Universidad de Palermo, a member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Chapter of the Internet Society and currently is Vice Chair of the Telecommunications Development Advisory Group of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).

Agustina counts with more than twelve years of experience in telecommunications and international regulatory affairs related to ICTs. Within the Argentina's government she served as Undersecretary of Information Technologies in the Chief of Cabinet of Ministers, has worked at the National Communications Agency (ENACOM - Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones), as an advisor in regulatory affairs, and later in time, she has served as director of technological standards at the national office of information technologies.
