Based in Addis Ababa within the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Ethiopia, the Digital Transformation Program Office (DTPO) is mandated to implement the national digital transformation and digital economy agenda, including building digital literacy and digital skills for citizens. It joined the Initiative as a DTC in January 2022. For training delivery, DTPO counts on a network of ten universities, two youth centres, cybercafes and public libraries across the country, giving them access to underserved communities.
