This course will focus on Mobile Broadband from technology, regulation and business aspects. It will cover 3GPP mobile broadband technologies, including mobile Internet architectures, ITU?s IMT-Advanced umbrella, 3G and 4G mobile broadband (HSPA, LTE/LTE-Advanced), System Architecture Evolution (SAE) and Evolved Packet Core (EPC), QoS in 3GPP mobile networks, IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), as well as ITU?s spectrum management for IMT.
