To insure implementation of WSIS declaration which support the access of information and knowledge to all community, and to enhance to equitable access to information for economic, social, health cultural, educational, and scientific activities and by facilitating access to public domain information, including by universal design and the use of assistive technologies. So we have to find the real solutions to access usage of ICT to the rural and remote areas .
