A two weeks online training course on Training of Trainers on âWomen ICT Frontier Initiative (WIFI) in Papua New Guinea is being co-organised by International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and APCICT/ESCAP through the Digital Transformation Centre- Papua New Guinea on 20 October 2020 â 3 November 2020.
The online training, which will be held on the ITU Academy, aims to increase, understand and appreciate the enabling role of digital technologies, the gaps and barriers that constrain women from using ICTs in their businesses, and the need for gender-responsive policies and programmes to support ICT-empowered women entrepreneurs.
