The face-to-face training on âICT Application relating to Smart Cityâ will be held in Guangzhou, China from 21-24 September, 2019. This face-to-face training is organized jointly by the International Telecommunication Union and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology as part of the ICT Application programme under the auspices of the ITU Centres of Excellence for Asia-Pacific region. The training will be delivered in English.
The face-to-face training on âConformity and Interoperability relating to Smart Cityâ will be held in Guangzhou, China from 18-21 September, 2019. This face-to-face training is organized jointly by the International Telecommunication Union and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology as part of the Conformity and Interoperability programme under the auspices of the ITU Centres of Excellence for Asia-Pacific region. The training will be delivered in English.
The hands-on training course on Incident Response Practice will be delivered by two prominent field experts and focus on practical skills to handle and respond to the computer security incidents. All teaching material is based on illustrative real-life cases experienced by trainers or their customers. Several different incident handling cases will be simulated to students with a focus on: incident detection and description; information gathering; analysis tools and techniques; incident handling phases by using RTIR (or related) tool.
The objective of this training is to discuss the concepts of cloud computing (the pros and cons), Cloud Computing services and its models, the structure of the infrastructure of cloud computing and the security of cloud computing. In addition, the training will enable participants to understand cloud computing technologies such as Micro-Services and Configuration Management and their impact on business, IT and data management, to be aware of the current and new trends and challenges in cloud computing and to have up to date hands-on experience in cloud technologies.

This training aims to introduce participants to broadband access technologies, in particular with the experience of modern wired and wireless broadband access network engineering, as well as new possibilities for the development of wireless broadband access systems, the issues of electromagnetic compatibility when planning new communication networks, broadband network security, 5G and IoT architecture and solutions.
The training will allow participants to personally contribute to the implementation and development of optical broadband access in the future
