Each year in the Arab Region around 2 million tonnes of WEEE items are discarded by businesses and households, from large appliances to electronic tools and equipment. The Waste Electrics and Electronics Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013 deal with the industrial recovery, recycling and treatment of WEEE; and this training course aims to educate organizations on relevant legislation and best practice for dealing with electrical and electronic waste.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this training course, participants will be able to:
