Description
This module aims to provide the student with an understanding of effectively managing projects of a commercial nature combining the use of Project Management, Financial and Marketing principles as techniques applicable to the ICT industry. On completion of this module, the student will be able to evaluate their decision making in terms of meeting the objectives in a liberalized competitive and professional market.
