This training course aims to train ITU Africa CoEs course instructors and focal points in designing and delivering e-learning (i.e., distance learning) courses. It focuses on how to organize and develop e-learning courses and how to support the delivery of such courses over the Internet. The course introduces participants to the online Learning Management Systems, and gives particular attention to the Moodle open source platform which is used for the creation and delivery of courses through the ITU Academy platform.
