Ms Sadyrbaeva has a Master's Degree in Telecommunications. She is responsible for the Advanced Studies Department and has been in charge of specialists' training in the ICT field since 2011, providing the Kyrgyz telecommunications sector with competencies needed for its evolution. She has wide experience in collaborating with the ITU in various capacity building activities including organization of trainings, workshops, regional forums, connecting schools, Girls in ICT,  and Centers for PwD. Ms Sadyrbaeva is also the focal point of IET as part of the ITU Centre of Excellence programme in the CIS region, cycle 2019-2022.
