DESCRIPTION:
The International Telecommunication Union is organizing a training workshop on “IPv6 Migration Strategy for Telecom Service Providers” under the framework of ITU Asia Pacific Centres of Excellence (ITU ASP CoE). This training is being jointly organized with the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT), Thailand in partnership with APNIC and other organisations. This training will be held at TOT Academy, Bangkok, from 24- 27 July 2012.
The training is targeted at Telecom Service Providers, Policy Makers, Regulators, Technical Experts, Academic Researcher, aims to build skill on developing a migration strategy from a telecommunication service provider perspective. The course will provide participants with necessary theoretical background, practical experiences, concrete exercises and hands-on practice so that they develop an in-depth understanding of the key strategic issues involved in this area. Dates: 24-27 July 2012 Duration: 4 days Delivery language: English Organized by: Ministry of ICT, Thailand and TOT Academy Partners: APNIC Coordinator: ashish.narayan@itu.int Cost: Free
