Objective: To share and discuss the experience and regulatory approach in relation to the monitoring and testing of broadband download speeds compared to advertised speeds.

Objective: To introduce a short working group exercise in which workshop participants will form small teams and discuss and resolve how to handle a series of complaints about certain practices in a broadband market.
