A training workshop on ''International Roaming - Regulatory and Commercial Issues'' will be held in Bangkok Thailand from 7 - 9 May 2012. This workshop has been organized by the International Telecommunication Union under the framework of the ITU Asia Pacific Center of Excellence.

The Ministry of Information and Technology (MICT) Thailand and the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). This training is supported by the Department of broadband, communications and the Digital economy, Government of Australia and TOT Academy.
Target Audience
This training worshop is targeted at Telecom Service Providers, policy makers, regulators, technical experts and academic researchers.
The training aims to build skills on understanding the regulatory and commercial aspects of International roaming and will provide participants with necessary theoretical background, practical experiences, concrete exercises and hands-on practice so that they develop in-depth understanding of the key strategic issues involved in this area.
This training workshop will be conducted in English.

To participate in this workshop, interested participants are kindly requested to complete the registration form on the attachment below and send it to the e-mail addresses indicated in the form by 23 April 2012 at the latest. For practical reasons the number of participants for the training will need to be limited to 50.
There is no training fee for this course, however, please note that participants should cover their own travel and accommodation expenses and arrangements.
